I just wanted to give you props for writing something like this. It's not a topic we discuss enough, especially in the black community. I downloaded your sheet. Keep writing and encourage others to heal and try to manage the hurt that clouds their souls. I know what it feels like to want to die, but I don't because of my kids (I have a 21-year-old daughter and a one-year-old granddaughter who need me too).
