  • I’ve battled with social anxiety almost all my life and I no longer have it.
  • I healed myself within a three-year span and completely changed my life.

When does the course start and finish?
The course started on Monday, April 2nd. Each week a new module will be released. There are 8 weeks of material. This is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
When does the coaching calls happen?
Coaching calls will occur every Sunday evening for 8 weeks.
Can I use this program while I see a therapist or other professional?
Yes, this coaching program serves as a useful addition to your existing treatment program. Coaching can play an important role in recovery, offering encouragement and support to those struggling to engage in day-to-day activities.
What are your qualifications?
I am a certified life coach. Also, I have dealt with low self-esteem, depression and social anxiety I know where you are. I've overcome both and now I know how to prevent from experiencing it again and so can you.
